We have included the most common pests we receive enquiries about. If you have an unwelcome visitor that we haven’t mentioned, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide further information.

There are a variety of other pests that we do not treat either because they are not actually a pest (i.e. do not harm humans, pets, or their environment), they are a protected species, or we are not confident that a positive outcome is guaranteed.

Where possible, we will recommend an alternative specialist who may be able to assist you with your concern.
