About IDM
Ian established IDM Environmental Services, a member of the NPTA, in 1995. Since then, this local pest control company has been serving communities and businesses across Somerset.
Ian and Jamie have over 35 years’ combined experience in domestic and commercial pest control. Together, they provide a service that is quick, effective, and honest.
Their third team member, Barley, is the brains of the operation. She has zero pest control experience and isn’t going to be getting her paws dirty anytime soon, but she’ll enthusiastically supervise a job well done from the front seat of the van.
Jamie joined IDM in 2022 and brings over 5 years’ experience of pest control
Barley has been keeping Ian in check since 2016. She is not an NPTA member, just a good girl.
Ian has been running IDM for nearly 30 years. This makes him feel old.
